C4 direct has not only screwed me over but along with approximately 30 other people. Around February 2009 we were told that the company was going thru some issues that we needed to be supportive for and 'stick it out' . In a days notice they cut our paycheck in half for one week, meaning we got half of a check this week and the remainder the next. Is that legal? I'm not sure. At that point we were now behind 3 checks instead of the original 2.

After that happened, that's when it started going down hill. I could never cash my checks at the bank because it was reported that C4 Direct Solutions did not have any funds in the account. If I went to a check cashing place, I would succesfully cash it, (if they didn't klnow about the company) yet the following week I would recieve a call saying I owed money for the bounced check I provided.

Ron, the owner of C4 reported that we would get over this by May. It was now June. Two saturdays passed (we got paid every week) and we did not recieve a check. Their excuse? 'The checks will be here tomorrow' About two days later Ron called some people into the confrence room stating that we would recieve a pay roll cut. And if we refused the pay roll cut they would lay us off. Not happy with my options, I decided to be laid off because I was sick of their nonsense! They said they would send my checks in the mail and I should recieve them shortly. Weeks passed and I did not recieve ANYTHING! Furious, I called HR and she had no idea what was going on. As well as another supervisor Raul Valencia. How do you not know what is going on with my money? keep in mind they now owe me 5 checks because of the three they held back originally and two that I didnt recieve while working there.

I'm only 17 and I know I don't have a lot of bills to pay, but I am not not going to do anything about it. They owe me approximately $2,000 and i could imagine how much they owe the poeple that were getting paid way more than me. They also have taken out insurance on checks for some people yet they really didn't have any. Why are you decucting money when the poeple did not have insurance. Now they dont only have to pay for the hours we've worked, but as well as unpaid medical bills.

As for that, they have now changed their name to Quick Response Out Sourcing. The employees working there are getting paid so why not pay your former employees? A team of us has gathered and we are working on a way to sue this company so we can ALL get our money. Ron is in serious debt. And all I have to say is.. see you in court!!!!!

My cousin and I worked for this company back in 2005. We experienced some similar things as other reports. Since reading these other complaints we now know that we were being treated unfairly intentionally. We experienced working in no A/C for days while management was conveniently on vacation and lied to us for several days that a technician was supposed to come fix the air. We were haggled every day about everything from break times, to not ordering food that had to be delivered, to what we can and can't drink on break even thought the drink machine was stocked with bottles. There suddenly became a no bottle rule in the break room but management

was allowed to purchase them from the machine. However, once the A/C situation arose we complained everyday about working in constant heat until management called us in and fired us. We were due to receive several paychecks and was told our checks would be mailed to us. However after weeks of calling and asking about our check they attempted to have no recollection of us being owed any money. At the time we found it easier to just let it go but just because this company is still in business we would like to recover our money. So if there is anyone who gets a class action suit we would definitely join the fight. It is not right how they treat their employees and knowingly withhold their wages for their own salaries.

They said that the bank rejected the transfer and the money should be there by this afternoon or tomorrow. We will see.

HE'S PROBABLY SAYING THAT HE CAN NO LONGER PAY HER $4000 A MONTH RENT FOR A HOUSE THAT KRISTINA AND RAUL JUST MOVED INTO ABOUT A FEW MONTHS AGO. MAYBE HE MIGHT BE SAYING THAT HE HAS TO WAIT FOR THE ESG, USG&E, FRONTIER, NEWTEN, ETC MONEY TRANSFERS TO PAY KRISTINA'S WEEKLY PAY OF NO LESS OF $2500. KRISTINA TOLD RON THAT SHE NEEDS THAT AMOUNT EACH WEEK TO SURVIVE WHILE ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES SUFFER.

More information...this is the unemployment tax lien that C4 had from Dec. 08 and did not pay it until Feb. 09. Actually they were forced to. The IRS came and took their money out of accounts payable which is the same account they use to pay their employees. This is when the pay checks started bouncing.

Here is the company's info for the new C4...Quick Response Outsourcing.

Up till now no one has gotten paid. (Current and old employees). There were employees that were hired through C4 Direct Solutions on the first week of June that still have not received a pay check(They were promised this week though..but not through C4 Direct Solutions but through Quick Response Outsourcing). The same clients (Frontier, USG&E, ESG, and Newten) that were billed by C4 is now being billed by Quick Response Outsourcing. Which confirms that Ronald may/will not pay his employees.

Folks this is against the law. Instead of starting a company the right way, they kept the same clients that was under C4 Direct Solutions and are trying to use them to pay their current staff which mostly consist of friends or family members of the owners of the new company. C4 Direct started out with a Texas base electric company called Stream Energy.

Stream Energy was the main client that was paying all of Ronald's bills, but that was not enough for Ron as he overcharged Stream Energy on numerous occasions and scamming about different calls, hold times, etc. This is why Stream Energy dropped C4 and now Ron is 1.2 million dollars in debt.
